Steps to reproduce

m365 teams channel get --teamName Contoso --channelId 19:[email protected]

m365 teams channel get --teamName 'Sales and Marketing' --channelId '19:[email protected]'

Expected result

CLI retrieves information about the specified channel

Actual result

Error: 19:[email protected] is not a valid Teams ChannelId
