Following the merge of #2500 to remove the teams user list alias from the o365group user list command and create an independent teams user list command, we should complete the following actions to align the command options

• remove the --teamId option on the o365group user list command
• make the --groupId option mandatory on the o365group user list command
• remove the --groupId option from the teams user list command
• add the -i short option to the --teamId option on the teams user list command
• make the --teamId mandatory on the teams user list command

As these will be breaking changes, we should introduce these changes in v4.
