Following #2134 I'm re-opening the same issue since one of the last versions reintroduced the bug

Description

Worked perfectly in v3.7.0, today I updated to 3.10.0 and I'm not able to login anymore.
Got this as a response:

Error: invalid_grant: 50126 - [2021-05-31 14:46:48Z]: AADSTS50126: Error validating credentials due to invalid username or password.

Steps to reproduce

Login with login/password with a password starting with an "@"

Expected result

Login successfull.

Actual result

Login fails with AAD error result.

Environment

• Computer on Windows 10 + Windows terminal
• Az Devops pipeline on Linux agent
  Both failed.
