Description

If you use the m365 teams channel list and the m365 teams tab list you have short options for the --teamId and --channelId. If you try to do a m365 teams tab get you only have the full options. I suggest adding both short hand options to the m365 teams tab get for consistency.

Steps to reproduce

Execute m365 teams tab list and then m365 teams tab get

Expected result

Re-use the -i and -c shorthand options for readability and consistency.

Actual result

No short hands available
