Currently the spo page set command only supports the promoteAs flag to allow a page to be promoted to homepage, newspage, template.

There is no option to demote a news item.

Suggestion is to add a new parameter --demoteNews. If that parameter is set the PromotedState is set back to 0 (normal article state).
