Description

From time to time when using the spo page set command, it happens that the content is removed due to an unnecessary page save.

Steps to reproduce

It seems to only happen when for instance the --publish flag is used.

Expected result

Publishing the page without losing the contents.

Actual result

Sometimes contents are lost.
