We should extend the spo site set command with support for setting the site's logo. We'd do this by introducing a new option named siteLogoUrl.

While this is similar functionality to what's already available on the spo web set and aad o365group set commands, it adds setting the logo to where users would expect it, especially that these days on the outside everything is called a site rather than a web or a group.
