As we discussed at pull #1061, I am going to add two additional parameters to export the report data as csv,text and json for the following commands:

Please assign this to me. Also let me if we need to create one pull request for this or seperate pull requests required for each command.

New parameters to be added:
-f, --outputFile [outputFile]|Path to the file where the upgrade report should be stored in
