having 2 variants for one and the same makes me wonder, which one is right? Actually no one seems to care, as expected, as its always some random impl. detail, no one considers, until broken. PMD deserves better.
Never the less SSOT/SPOT seem to finalize this discussion, closing the broken window effect.
