When an agent in plan mode asks the user a question, an uploaded image shows no visual feedback. I was thinking it had failed silently until I answered the questions.

Steps to reproduce

Prompt: I want to completely refactor this app. Can you do that for me?

1. Turn on plan mode and submit a prompt that will trigger the question tool (like the above, ambiguous prompt)
2. Wait for the question UI
3. Drag an image to trigger the upload (I used Cleanshot X)
4. Observe no visual feedback for the upload
5. Answer the agent's question
6. See the successfully uploaded image

Misc.

Possible solution: Maybe there could be a message popup slightly above the question UI in the y-direction saying "Image added to next user message. Please finish answering questions to return to user messages." (Very rough idea. No hard feelings if it is trashed.)
