Do we have guidelines posted for how long we want to wait even with a fast track label? I can merge this now, and it seems pretty uncontroversial, but I don't want to skip waiting periods if I am not supposed to.

Without the label, we should wait 36 hours, with the label I'm not sure.

I think anything less than a day feels too fast. We can probably set some guidelines on that but I will let this sit at least for tomorrow.
