I would not expect to see an error telling me that 'c' doesn't exist, when it actually does.

Same thing happens with a simpler example (no embeded arrays): https://phpstan.org/r/7c8a7a78-3641-4fd9-8bf7-725ed5554db2

Maybe i'm just misunderstanding what the "?" is supposed to do.
