I wonder if this could potentially cause conflicts if extensions are specifically designed for cgi. But if you have a use case for it, I'd be fine with merging it. |

The use case is to be able to run scripts that use the extensions. Like the etcd example @dunglas gave. Maybe you'd want to write a one-time script to test it out, or fix a key without having to write an api endpoint. As for the extensions themselves, the generator provides the basic module configuration, but a dev could configure it however they wanted. |

Currently, no frankenphp extensions are registered in cli mode. This fixes that.
