Devuelve un número formateado según el formato
<parameter>format</parameter> dado con el timestamp entero dado
<parameter>timestamp</parameter> o la hora actual
si no se da un timestamp. En otras palabras, <parameter>timestamp</parameter>
es opcional y el valor por omisión es el valor devuelto por <function>time</function>.

A diferencia de la función <function>date</function>, <function>idate</function>
acepta solo un carácter como parámetro <parameter>format</parameter>.
