Within an extra world as opened through OSWindowWorldMorph new open, the mouse cursor doesn’t change when moving over a window’s edges to show that it can be resized:

Tested using: Pharo 12 build 820, with VM v10.0.6 (Commit: b67609b9 - Date: 2023-08-16 18:51:13 +0200)
