Within an extra world as opened through OSWindowWorldMorph new open, opening a context menu on a package (or class, protocol or selector) in a System Browser opens the menu in the main world. I would expect the menu to open in the extra world. Opening a context menu on a setting in the Settings Browser does open the menu in the extra world.
