What I build

The Principle Studio — my consulting practice. I design and ship systems end-to-end: enterprise architecture, full-stack product, multi-agent AI, and the brand around it. The blueprint and what's in it.

Trained as a systems engineer (MSc, Politecnico di Milano). I'm equally comfortable drawing the architecture and writing the code that runs it.
