Removes the miri tests as the seem to be running for a veryy long time, which should be investigated.
Also fixes some other bugs that resulted from the refactor.
Makes sure that in the no-std check, the nightly toolchain is not used, but instead the specified toolchain, to ensure that the wasm target is available.
