Refactors the TOC dropdown button styling so heading levels are visually distinguished by a small helper, and simplifies the trigger button's class list.

getTocEntryClassName(level)to map heading level to padding/typography classes (levels 1, 2, 3, and 4+). - Applies the helper to both clickable and non-clickable
DropdownMenuItembranches. - Simplifies the
