Add template-specific tests for awsproc, ssh, k8s, and git canary types, plus a cross-type token URL format test. Extends testParams() to handle the new types. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <[email protected]>

Adds template validation tests for precision and high-tier canaries:
