input raw, FASTA, GenBank, or EMBL file to parse

-h, --help show this help message and exit
-o OUTPUT, --output OUTPUT
JSON file to create, otherwise write to stdout
-s, --sequence include the sequence of features in the output

python seq_to_json.py sequence.gbk -s- Supplied FASTA, GenBank, and EMBL files can contain multiple sequence records.
- For GenBank and EMBL files the
-soption computes the sequence of each feature, using the supplied feature locations and the overall sequence. - The script exits with a non-zero exit code if the sequence length for a record cannot be determined or if other anomalies are detected.
