This PR adds support for grocy server version 4.5.0. I've successfully tested these changes with my own self-hosted instance.

Excellent! What will it take to see 3.8.2 built? And available. I'm keen to get the family trying out grocy and can wait until they have a warning free experience. I just installed it on my webserver and I get the version warning. I'm happy to fork, clone and give it a rack BTW. As I'm totally green at this (not forking, closing or PRing, but the grocy app and android apps in general and building them), I would cherish a little primer. I'd add that the README in a "Building" section and "PR" section. I'm not sure about PRing a build product have only ever PRed source.

Thank you enormously @jahway603 for the tested patch and @patzly for whatever time you can give to empower the others to help. I do appreciate time poverty believe me.
