This is mostly for demonstration and review from Al and Alfonso. Currently this is added on top of the unmerged #6685. Needs to be kept up to date and re-based once merged.
The implementation is t-PJR, exactly as explained in the paper.
The PR is, IMO, compared to my other behemoth blobs of code in a PR, very well documented and reviewable for anyone. So be my guest 🌈
