As discussed in #1812, this PR adds zombienet file for a small network and adds instructions on how to set it up.

I also rearranged the Readme a bit. The installation and setup instructions are now more bundled together and not scattered across the entire readme (also the local setup was indented under Rococo heading).

I created the zombienet_examples folder for the network file, but happy to move this to another place.

Maybe it would be better to create zombienet/examples and zombinet/tests folders, to avoid having multiple zombienet_* entries in root?
