Block with single peer stops syncing #382
Description
To verify the fix for block propagation, we run the scenario where 1 node would only connect to 1 peer (that is not a collator) in our network.
The node synced properly but after a certain amount of block (~3000 the first time, less the 2nd time) it stopped syncing properly.
