Summary

  • Add changelog entry for 0.21.15 with two bug fixes from the 0.21.x branch:
    • Fixed ReadBuffer errors from stale ctids after VACUUM truncation
    • Fixed RLS policies that get planned as SubPlans
  • Update version references from 0.21.14 to 0.21.15 in docs

Test plan

  • Verify changelog renders correctly on docs site
