I've run into a similar problem.

I recently started using both PHP 7.2 and also the WP Cavalcade plugin/system (https://github.com/humanmade/Cavalcade). I can't be sure if this error started to appear since I switched from PHP 7.1 to 7.2...

I'm now seeing these errors from Cavalcade, presumably because there's an attempt to alter the session for WP CLI (which I presume is un-necessary?) :
