Make oxc-resolver work on stackblitz without specifying `pnpm.supportedArchitectures.cpu: ['wasm32']`

rolldown and oxc-parser works because of automatic fallback (https://github.com/oxc-project/oxc/pull/10049)
It would be great to make oxc-resolver work as well.
