This PR exposes a new Codegen::with_source_type builder method so callers printing AST fragments without a Program can configure JSX-sensitive codegen behavior.
Changes:
- Adds
Codegen::with_source_type(SourceType). - Uses the provided
SourceTypeto set the internal JSX printing mode.

if we are only printing a fragment of a ast e.g. a expression, we can't control if `is_jsx` is true. this means generics can be printed incorrectly as they are missing a `,` in jsx code.
