Skip no-unreachable on files without relevant control-flow nodes and avoid the DFS path for files without loop statements.

AI usage: GitHub Copilot was used to help implement and validate this change.

Benchmark results running locally on vscode:

  • Baseline: 137ms
  • This PR: 54ms

How to use the Graphite Merge Queue

it might be benificial to somehow gate this to prevent any regressions.

So that we can ensure that with/without this check produces the same number of diagnostics.
