This PR fixes a false positive in the preserve-caught-error linter rule where nested try/catch statements were incorrectly analyzed. The rule was traversing into nested catch clauses and expecting thrown errors in those nested clauses to use the outer catch parameter as the error cause, when they should use their own catch parameter.

Added visit_catch_clause override to ThrowFinder visitor to prevent traversal into nested catch clauses
Added test case covering nested try/catch scenario from the reported issue
