This PR updates the mangler example to enable top-level symbol mangling for CommonJS files. Previously, only ES modules had top-level mangling enabled. With the introduction of the commonjs source type in #18089, the code now distinguishes between script files (where top-level mangling should be disabled) and module/CommonJS files (where it's safe).
Changes:
- Updated mangler example to use
!source_type.is_script()instead ofsource_type.is_module()for determining when to enable top-level mangling

Presumably it's safe to mangle top-level symbols in CommonJS files. Alter the mangler example to do that. Previously, we had no way to distinguish between script and CommonJS file types. After #18089 introduced a `commonjs` source type, we now do.
