oxc: list all affected files

We need a flag to list affected filenames when running `oxlint` or `oxfmt`.

The recently exposed `OXC_LOG=debug` env var lists huge blob of content that's really hard to parse (I couldn't even figure out which files have actually been linted, or just traversed.)
