The UI appears to become unresponsive when you start to open things like target panels in new tabs, it seems as if only 1 task can be performed at any given time or the UI will die.
When the UI dies, you have to stop OWTF (i.e. via Control + C) and restart it.
The UI should be robust enough to handle concurrent tasks, such as applying different filters to different targets on different tabs, and never die if a user decides to use a plugin like SnapLinks Plus to open 60 targets in new tabs :)
