The new FDB requires C++ 20, that is not available in Ubuntu 18. Ubuntu 20 has clang 12, supporting C++ 20, but it contains libc6 2.31, so the built fdb distributions are not compatible with old linux, including Astra Linux with libc6 2.28.
So I chose Debian:10: it contains a higer c++ (clang 13), but a lower libc6 - 2.28, so the distros will be compatible with Astra Linux.
After merging this distro I need a build-image tag
7.3.0-1.ow-build-image.
