Clicking on .psec file does not open the folder #12176

Describe the bug
When clicking on the .psec file, the password protected folder is not opened.
Steps to reproduce
- create a password protected folder
- click on the created file
Expected behavior
The dialog with the folder is opened.
Actual behavior
Nothing happens.
