Describe the bug

There are a couple of UI issues with the current implementation of external shares:

1. wrong symbol for external shares (left in image below)
2. no highlighting of external shares in the share list (right in image below)

Steps to reproduce

1. share file externally via OCM with another user

Expected behavior

I can identify external shares at first glance

Actual behavior

I cannot identify external shares at first glance
