Describe the bug

When a user changes their language in the user settings, the page is updated correctly with the new language, but the notifications settings are still represented in the old language

Steps to reproduce

1. Have Notification Settings enabled
2. Change language in user settings

Expected behavior

Notifications settings are translated into the new language.

Actual behavior

Notifications settings are still represented in the old language

Setup

Needs special feature branch to enable translations: owncloud/ocis#10812
Needs custom translation as a long as branch is unmerged.

Additional context

Notifications settings should be fetched again from the server after the language change. Server should do the translation then.
