Describe the bug

There seems to be missing any kind of visual cue as to the disabled state of the checkbox in notifications settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to notifications settings

Expected behavior

Disabled checkboxes are e.g. greyed-out or have some other kind of visual cue to denote their disabled state.

Actual behavior

Disabled checkboxes look exactly the same as enabled checkboxes.

Additional context

We need to check whether this issue is scoped to the notifications settings or whether it applies globally and fix accordingly.
