Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a file/folder in the web interface or webdav with name starting with CJK characters, e.g. "中文blah中文blah"
2. Reload the page
3. Try to rename/delete/download the file/folder you have created.

Actual result:

Step 3 failed. A file/folder called "中文blah中文blah" is created but shown as "blah中文blah". Can be verified by using a unix shell.

Expected result:

The file/folder name should not be changed. Step 3 should produce no error.

I am using ownCloud 4.5.2.
