When i download any archive, file or paste from my owncloud occurs a huge problem to me.
When i extract the zip file that i have downloaded, its content come with wrong names.

The characters like "ç" "~" come with other codification.
I've tried any solutions like changing the OwnCloud Zipping code, tried to use "Inconv" to modify to UTF-8 and my country character (ISO 8859-1).
i've tried the code "utf8_encode" and "utf8_decode", nothing happens.

The zip file has the correct name, butthe files insides not.

I'm sorry for my bad english, i hope you guys can understand me.
Someone have the same problem?
Someone already fixed it?
