Return a vec3/vec4 based on the type of coords, and allow heading to use either coords.w or heading (if defined). Minor performance improvements.

Added the
lib.getRelativeCoordsfunction, which is useful for obtaining relative coordinates on the server-side, as GetOffsetFromCoordAndHeadingInWorldCoords native is only available on the client-side.
