This PR is to update links in official documentation
If we use
/docs/builders/outscale-bsu it's working only in readme but not in the offical Packer documentation
Example: for bsu builder
in the readme : the redirection from the overview page to the builder is working but not in
https://developer.hashicorp.com/packer/plugins/builders/outscale/outscale-bsu because it is looking for "packer/plugins/builders/outscale-bsu" which dosen't exist
The solutionI suggest is to do the same as all the other providers is to update links so that it's working in the official documentation
