Code of Conduct

This organization adheres to the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct.

Our Pledge

As members of the OUTSCALE open-source community, we pledge to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone — regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

We commit to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, respectful, and inclusive environment for all.

Our Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment include:

  • Demonstrating empathy, kindness, and respect
  • Being open to differing opinions and experiences
  • Offering and receiving constructive feedback gracefully
  • Acknowledging mistakes and apologizing when appropriate
  • Prioritizing community well-being over personal conflict

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Sexualized language or imagery
  • Trolling, insults, or personal attacks
  • Harassment (public or private)
  • Publishing private information without consent
  • Any behavior that could be reasonably interpreted as exclusionary or disrespectful

Enforcement Responsibilities

Maintainers and organization administrators are responsible for enforcing this Code of Conduct and will take fair and appropriate action in response to any behavior deemed unacceptable.
