Purpose

Makes the stats line wrap in the Low Vision Default skin instead of running off the page on narrow screens

Testing Instructions

1. Log in on a smallish mobile device in portrait mode, or in a browser window narrowed to resemble mobile
2. In the Customize section of the footer, choose the Low Vision Default Skin
3. Once the skin is applied, access a work

References

12-group-meta.css has the rules for floating these but isn't included in Low Vision Default, so I copied just those rules over. #112 might be why it's done via floating.
