Summary

After installing ratty with cargo.
I cd'd into rattys directory path, and invoked ratty.
I got this message:

 Cortez  ratty
Error: failed to spawn shell

Caused by:
    CreateProcessW `"/bin/sh\0"` in cwd `Some("C:\\Users\\Cortez\0")` failed: The system cannot find the path specified. (os error 3)

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Ratty on windows
2. Wait to install
3. open ratty

Expected behavior

For ratty to opem

Environment

• OS: Windows
• Ratty version / commit: 0.3.0
• GPU / graphics stack: AMD Radeon(TM) 610M (2 GB)
• Config changes: None
