Description of the bug

Clicking on the link for the security advisory in the SECURITY.md will give a 404.

Steps To Reproduce

In GitHub UI, view SECURITY.md, click on the link for reporting Security non public.

Expected behavior

It should lead the user to where it can report a Security issue that is non public.

Additionally, should you want a SECURITY.md that is a bit more formal, used in other projects and orgs and under CCO so you just can use it adjust without attribution, look at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/itiquette/git-provider-sync/refs/heads/main/SECURITY.md

It will give the end user a bit more information about the process saying "we will look at it and give you a notice if we will fix it".

A suggestion just, take what you want from that if so, I think it would add even more a professional touch to git-cliff.
