What does this PR do?
In this PR, we update the remaining
settings.gradlefiles of the tests so they work with the latest buildtools and local NBT repositories (ones not covered by #964).CI working with NBT snapshots will be done in a separate PR, as not to waste precious CI time on every small commit/change.
