Task Description

The documentation for the SDK is still in the main infrahub repository under docs.

We need to migrate it over and update the main docusaurus project to read the docs from this repo instead of from the local docs/ directory

We need to redefine the strategy for our documentation now that we have moved some projects outside of the main repository but this is separate item, out of scope for this task
