We disabled engine related tests (at openssl/openssl#28440) so we can work partially on engine removal, without spending too much time and effort to fix the tests right away (as this might be a huge project, as rewriting some engines to providers [see more issues in the parent epic]).

To make this happen, we agreed to re-enable them when time comes and fix it up correctly. Therefore I'm creating this issue and will create sub-issue for every test concerned. Please refer to the PR linked for more info how to re-enable them.
